“Youthland Academy, new menus to set higher standards for childcare industry!”

CINCINNATI, OH – After months of preparation, consulting and research, Youthland Academy is introducing a new menu for all area locations. This new and improved menu will exceed nutritional guidelines by serving all whole wheat and grain products, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and 100% pure juices. These meals include breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Youthland Academy hopes to raise awareness while teaching children about healthy food choices. According to numerous nationwide studies, children are eating more sugar and fatty foods than ever before. Eliminating processed foods as well as adding fresh fruits and vegetables to a child's diet have proven to dramatically reduce allergy and behavior problems.

Making healthy eating choices are incorporated into the curriculum at Youthland Academy. Lunch is served family style in an atmosphere of classical music and planned conversation topics. “Many of our children at Youthland eat 2 out of 3 meals a day with us, and we accept great responsibility providing a diet of low sugar and lots of natural foods such as; vegetables, fruits, protein as well as whole grains, wheat products and natural fibers.” Adds Vice President Bridget Ringle, who goes on to say, “Our staff and cooks are being trained and educated on the new menus and are absolutely ecstatic!’

Youthland believes strongly that incorporating good eating habits and healthy relationships with food is a very important part of our early childhood curriculum. Together with our families, we will continue to educate ourselves and our children to be the very best we can be! The new menu is available for review on the Nutritional section of our website. www.YouthlandAcademy.com
